Puerto Rico Earthquakes
Jan 17, 2020
Puerto Rico has been rocked by a series of severe earthquakes and powerful aftershocks, leaving many without power, causing landslides in towns along the southern coast and extensive property damage. The quakes have brought renewed attention to the island’s ongoing rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Maria more than two years ago.
If you’re interested in supporting Puerto Rico, Vanguard Charitable and Charity Navigator, have confirmed that the organizations in the table below are focusing on relief efforts in that area. We’ve expedited the granting process so your contribution can be put to use as quickly as possible. Charity Navigator encourages donors to support any of the 3- and 4-star charities featured.
If you are interested in supporting these charities:
Log in to your online account by clicking on the Login button in the upper right hand corner.
