Set up your account
Opening a charitable giving account takes about 15 minutes. To get started you'll need the email address, last four digits of the social security number or a personal identification number, and an account name for the primary account advisor. Interested in having others help manage the account? You'll need their names, contact information and date(s) of birth. Be sure to review your information, sign electronically and print a copy for your records.

How is the electronic delivery option applied and how long does it last?
Your indicated preference applies to all documents that can be delivered electronically for all accounts where you are authorized to access account information. It will be effective until you or Vanguard Charitable revoke it.
How will I know when documents are available online?
You may receive an email when a new document is made available online.
How will I see documents online?
Transaction confirmations are generally available online two to three business days after the activity is complete. Account statements are available online approximately five days after the end of each period. To review documents online, log on to your account and go to My Account, click My Documents on the dropdown.
Do I need special software for electronic delivery?
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view account reports online. You can download this software free from Adobe's website at www.adobe.com.
How do I change my contact information or delivery preference?
Login to your account and go to My Profile, which is the circle icon at the top, right side of the website page. You can change your contact information and delivery preference on this page.
What other e-delivery issues should I consider?
Sometimes errors occur in email transmission. If you do not receive an expected email notification, log in to your account to view the information or contact us.
