California Wildfires Disaster Relief

Southern California is grappling with a series of devastating wildfires, fueled by dry conditions and strong Santa Ana winds. These fires have forced evacuations and destroyed homes as firefighters battle to contain the flames.
The fires continue to threaten lives and livelihoods. Numerous organizations are on the ground providing immediate relief and long-term recovery support. From sheltering displaced families to delivering medical aid and supporting animal rescue efforts, these nonprofits play a crucial role in helping communities rebuild.
Below is a list of trustworthy organizations providing relief and recovery to those impacted by fire in the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas. The list was made in partnership with Charity Navigator and includes nonprofits who are allowing funds to be restricted to provide wildfire relief. The nonprofit community's response will be ongoing, and as such, this list is not meant to be exhaustive.

How to help locally
To support local relief efforts in affected areas, consider recommending a grant to a local community foundation. These organizations can often react quickly to emergencies and have extensive insight into the most urgent local needs throughout the rebuilding process.
