Time-tested principles guide us. We were founded by Vanguard in 1997 as an independent 501(c)(3) public charity and we stand by Vanguard’s commitment to diversification, transparency, and cost-effective service. Rebecca Moffett

President

Rebecca Moffett

Rebecca is the president of Vanguard Charitable, a national donor-advised fund provider and one of the nation's top grantmakers. As a long-time donor-advised fund leader and advocate, Rebecca focuses on furthering the benefits of giving for donors, nonprofit partners, and communities around the globe. She has earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.

Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett

With decades of IT and data leadership, Chris oversees the technology and AI strategy and portfolio for Vanguard Charitable. Prior to joining Vanguard Charitable, Chris served as Vanguard’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer for the Financial Advisors Division. Before joining Vanguard, Chris held numerous leadership roles in the professional services, technology, and data industries.

Lekesha Campbell

Lekesha Campbell

Dr. Lekesha Campbell serves as Vanguard Charitable’s head of human resources. With more than 15 years of experience as a psychologist, Dr. Campbell’s expertise merges business strategy, organizational performance, and human capital. Prior to joining Vanguard Charitable, she was a trusted advisor to the nation's top corporations and institutions, including Pfizer, Yum! Brands, Independence Blue Cross, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Rebecca Clayton

Rebecca Clayton

Rebecca E. Clayton serves as Vanguard Charitable’s general counsel, guiding the organization’s complex legal and strategic matters. Rebecca’s decades of experience practicing law include overseeing the University of Pennsylvania’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and working in the corporate and financial law group at CIGNA Corporation. She earned her bachelor's degree from Yale University and her JD from Harvard Law School.

Mark Froehlich

Mark Froehlich

Prior to Vanguard Charitable, Mark was the CFO of The Philadelphia Foundation. Mark is a CPA and holds an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business. Mark’s strong connection with the not-for-profit sector stems from his training as a classical violinist and his affinity for Philadelphia's arts organizations.

Ann Gill

Ann joined Vanguard Charitable in September 2013 following a multi-decade career in banking with Wells Fargo and its predecessor banks. Ann's experience is in leading various sales, service, and credit teams focused on the financial institutions, healthcare, and most recently higher education and nonprofit banking sectors.

Bryan Kelley

Bryan Kelley

Bryan Kelley serves as the head of client services and operations of Vanguard Charitable, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience that blends finance and technology with a focus on strategic transformation and operational excellence. His expertise includes mutual fund operations, global sourcing, and large-scale technology initiatives. Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and MBA from Villanova University.

Elaine Kenig

Chief Communications Officer

Elaine Kenig

In her role leading communications, analytics, and strategic planning, Elaine focuses on building awareness of the benefits of strategic philanthropy and improving donors' giving experiences. Elaine earned her bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and master’s in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation.

Jodi Rosen

Chief Development Officer

Jodi Rosen

Jodi brings over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and the donor-advised fund industry, serving as an advocate for both philanthropists and the nonprofit community. She plays a key role managing business and strategic product development. Jodi is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®).
